Saige is a deeply feeling human with a passion for bringing people closer to themselves and together with others that allow each other to feel seen. Constantly curious, she takes pleasure in being a student first always... whether learning from expert resources or the lived experiences of herself and her clients. While also enjoying taking inspiration from her fur baby Wednesday.
Growing up as an undiagnosed AuDHD woman, she intimately understands the challenging journey and beautiful worthiness of actively unearthing your true self in a world that has not always supported your expansion. About Our Founder
Our Mission
At Through Lines, we feel genuinely privileged to provide services and courses that support your journey to inner and outer connection alike. Whether that means seeking a sense of safety in your own body, experiencing agency through exploring your strength, or leaning into self expression. Here, you are both acknowledged as the expert of your own body & experiences, while also offered the intentional guidance, support, and connection.
Throughout our work we pull from an array of educational resources... from authors such as Gabor Mate MD ("The Myth of Normal: Illness, Health and Healing in a Toxic Culture"), Dr. Ingrid Clayton ("Fawning: Why the Need to Please Makes Us Lose Ourselves"), and Richard C. Schwartz PhD ("No Bad Parts: Healing Trauma & Restoring Wholeness with The Internal Family Systems Model") and formal continuing education. Most importantly, we ar constantly inspired by our own healers, students, loved ones, lived experiences, and open minds.
"It is said that art reflects life and life reflects art. It seems to me too, that all aspects of our stories: bodies, thoughts, emotions, and energy are reflected in our communities and vice versa. This interconnectedness that we sometimes lose touch with, makes itself unavoidably known when we witness the 'through lines' of our human experiences unfold before us."
